38th Annual Kegger Information
Here's the official flyer for the 38th Annual Cecil Harlan Memorial Kegger at the legendary Tri-State Speedway. Due to an extraordinary amount of rain on the originally scheduled weekend, the event has been moved forward on extra week.
• This big three day event will kick off our 47th consecutive year of racing on Thursday, March 30th with an open practice session for everyone from 6 PM to 9 PM.
• The event will continue on Friday, March 30th with qualifying in all five classes.
• The final day of the event on Saturday, April 1st will showcase the best of the best in the lower and main features.
Over $30,000 will be up for grabs in the A mains on Saturday night. The full pay sheet is available by clicking here.
This will be a state/regional/national points race for the USRA and IMCA Modifieds. Track points in all classes will start on April 8th.
The USRA and IMCA Modifieds will be competing for a $1,500 top place prize.
The Super Stocks, thanks to Bill's Auto Machine in Russellville, AR, the winner will be pocketing $2,000!
The Pure Stocks and the USRA B-Mods will be racing for a $750 to win payout. But, if more than 22 cars sign in, the winning pay will go up to $1,000.
2017 published rules will apply.
There is also an added $500 to the longest tow in the IMCA Modified division by Menasco Racing Enterprises. Hard charger awards will be given out by Thunderbird Speedway in the other five classes, too!
Pit gates will open at 4 PM on Friday and Saturday with the grandstands opening at 5 PM and hot laps scheduled for 6:30 PM.
Pit passes will be $20 on the 30th, $30 on the 31st and $35 on the 1st.
Grandstands will be free on the 30th. Adults on the 31st will be $10 and kids (6-12) will be $5. Adults on the 1st will be $12 and kids (6-12) will be $5.
NASCAR veteran Ken Schrader WILL BE on hand for autographs, souvenirs and WILL BE racing his dirt modified at this event!
