Womack Leases Tri-State Speedway
 Outlaw Motor Speedway co-owner Danny Womack signed a lease purchase agreement with
Tri-State Speedway located in Pocola, Oklahoma (Just south east of Ft. Smith, Arkansas)
on Friday afternoon January 22, 2010.

NOTICE:
There are some type-os in the rules and we are working to get them corrected.
We apologize for the inconvenience...

MODIFIED RULES WILL BE USRA RULES WITH THESE EXCEPTIONS:
1) Must weigh 2400lbs, after race, with driver.
2) Aluminum headed motorsMUST have 50lb weight in front of mid-plate
