You should fill out this form ONLINE. EVERY driver/owner MUST fill out this form for each car/class if you are going to race ANY race with us in 2014, including specials. It costs you nothing to fill out this form and provides us with your required information.

A valid working email address is REQUIRED to register with Tri-State Speedway in 2014. You can get free email accounts from Google Mail, Yahoo, etc.

If you intend on running for ROOKIE OF THE YEAR, you MUST declare this on your registration form. Failure to do so will make you ineligible, even if it is your first year in the class.

If you drive for some one other than yourself, please make sure that all of the form is complete. If you are the owner, please put your name in the top section.

You WILL RECEIVE a confirmation via email from us within 48 hours, of your submission, stating that your registration has been received. The confirmation will be sent to the email address that you used to send the registration from. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation, it means that we DID NOT receive your registration and you need to re-submit your form. Season Pass Pricing:
$225 per adult. This is a savings of at least 25% compared to buying a $10 ticket every week!
Children season tickets are not available at this time.
Pass is good for any grandstand admission for any race night during the 2015 season, including specials.
Pass is transferrable, so if you cannot come to the track that night, a friend or other family member may use your pass.
Passes will be available at the track starting with the first race through May 30th.

2013 Tri-State Speedway Demolition Derby Rules 

  1. Eligible vehicles: Open to any American or foreign manufactured street cars and mini-vans. No convertibles, jeeps, 4-wheel drive cars or pick-ups. These vehicles are to remain STOCK for make and year with the exception of the modifications that follow. NO cutting, chopping, channeling, or shortening allowed. Wheel wells and fenders CANNOT be cut. The engine, rear-end (or trans axle), and transmission must remain STOCK. NO race cars, street stocks, pure stocks or similar.
  2. Entrants: All drivers must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  3. Communications: No radios, cell phones, race receivers of any kind will be allowed.
  4. Appearance: Lettering must be in good taste as not to offend anyone. Themed cars are allowed and encouraged.
  5. Boundaries: There will be boundaries on both ends of the front straight away. All cars must remain inside this area during the competition.
  6. Battery: If battery is relocated (recommended to be moved to driver’s compartment) it MUST be contained in a marine type container and securely fastened by using metal straps. No bungee or rubber straps allowed. Two batteries of any type and size are allowed.
  7. Glass, Dash, Firewall, and Interior: All interior and exterior glass MUST be removed. Plastic interior trim and seals not used MUST be removed. There MUST be a firewall between the driver’s compartment and the trunk. It is recommended to leave the interior panel on driver’s door for protection. (If removed you must add padding in its place.) Bars, not to extend more than 8” on either side of the driver’s door) may be added to driver’s door ONLY for safety, but in no way can they strengthen the frame.
  8. Brakes: Must have dependable brakes at all time during the competition.
  9. Doors: All doors must be welded (at least four (4) 1” welds per door) or chained shut with two (2) chains per door.
  10. Engine: MUST remain stock for that make and model and in its original mounts. Radiator MUST remain in STOCK position or be taken out. Fan blade MUST be removed. Exhaust through the hood is OK.
  11. Gas Tank: If gas tank is left in original position, the straps must not be rusted, or replaced if needed. If gas tank is relocated to the trunk, it must be strapped in place with at least four (4) 1” wide straps and rear firewall MUST be sealed completely with sheet metal. All gas tanks MUST be secure with no leaks. It is recommended to only carry enough fuel onboard for the event.
  12. Safety: All entrants MUST wear a full face helmet. A fire suit is highly recommended. If no fire suit, a long sleeved, heavy shirt, long pants (jeans), and shoes/boots are required.
  13. Seat and Seat Belts: Seat must be securely mounted. Lap and shoulder belts must be securely mounted and in working condition. It is recommended to add a rear support for the driver’s seat.
  14. Suspensions: Must remain completely STOCK for that make and model. No air-shocks or helper springs allowed.
  15. Frames and Bumpers: NO welding or addition of metal to the frame. Any protruding objects from frame must be removed. Bumpers MUST remain stock. No extra brackets or reinforcements.
  16. Steering: All steering components MUST remain completely STOCK and cannot be altered or reinforced.
  17. Hoods and Trunks: May be bolted down or wired shut in four (4) places. No welding allowed. Hoods and trunks must be able to be opened for inspection at any time.
  18. Tires and Wheels: 8” wide maximum width. No racing tires or studded tires. No liquids in tires allowed. No double tires or solid rubber tires.

The Tri-State Speedway Car Show is March 10th, 2012 at GCR Tire Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas from 10 AM to 2 PM

This year's car show is going to be a special event for the whole family!  It's the perfect opportunity to see all the race cars close up, meet and talk to the drivers, take pictures with your favorite drivers and get their autographs.  This year's Car Show will also be a fundraiser for a local food pantry. GCR will be selling hot dogs with all of the proceeds going to the local food pantry. They are also asking that everyone attending bring a few cans of food for donation. And there's more! There will a bounce around for the kids along with a clown and balloon animals. Bring the whole family out! Could there be more? Yes!!! GCR Tire Center of Ft.Smith will be giving away a set of tires (up to $1,000) for the Best Of Show winner!  We'll see you there!

We would like to officially welcome Tommy New to the Tri-State Speedway family. Tommy will be taking over the reigns as the promoter at the legendary facility in Pocola, OK.
Tommy is from Hector, AR (close to Russellville) and has raced for numerous years in the familiar blue and yellow 43N stock car. We think that he will do an outstanding job for us.

Tulsa Oklahoma (February 8, 2013)- The Oil Capital Racing Series is proud to announce that AmeriFlex Hose and Accessories is expanding their sponsorship participation with the ever popular sprint car series. AmeriFlex Hose and Accessories first partnered up with OCRS in the 2012 season with the “Hard Charger Award”. AmeriFlex has elected to renew their backing of the Hard Charger program in 2013. In addition to sponsoring the Hard Charger Award, AmeriFlex will also sponsor the first heat race at each OCRS event during the 2013 season thus expanding their support of the OCRS series.

The Mighty Tri-State Speedway held its first race in May of 1971. The famous track in Pocola, OK has been in operation
every year since. The high-banked big 3/8ths mile dirt facility races stock cars and modifieds weekly with
special shows for late models and sprint cars.
